Order Processing
All orders require up to 3 business days of handling time before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via ground shipping, which typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
Shipping Rates
Free ground shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $100 (after discounts, before tax).
Orders below $100 will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
We are unable to modify addresses once an order has been processed, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are unfortunately outside of our direct control. However, we are always here to support you through the process.
If your shipment is delayed or shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number for the fastest assistance. You’re also welcome to contact us after doing so — we’ll do our best to guide you and help however we can.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after an order is placed.
